Ansem Langhe Arneis D.O.C. VINE 100% Arneis LOCATION: Guarene (CN) HARVEST PERIOD: Midlle-end september. Vinification Controlled fermentation at 16-17°C for 20-30 days. 50% of must is is left a few days on its skins. Maturation sur lies with periodic bâtonnage for s period of 4-5 months. Racking without contact with oxygen.

ORGANOLECTIC PROFILE AND ANALYTICAL DATA: Strawy yellow color with green shades. Intense fruity and floreal nose, dry taste, pleasantly fresh and sapid. Alcohol: 13% vol. Total acidity 6-6.5 g/l Production 3000 bottles.
Ansem means together in Piemonte dialect. In this bottle u will find a wine that well represents its terroir as well as the ideas, dreams, hopes, fears and efforts of a group of 3 friends for the last 2 years: Guido dell'azienda VadaVini, and 2 wine makers in the making Alessia and Mattia.
This wine is produced with the same proces used for Cortado, the dry moscato you will find in the "Moscato" section of this list. The decision to ferment part of the must on the skins increases wine sapidity gives it more strucutre and allows for longer ageing. Same as for all other wines of VadaVini, Racking is made close to the bottling time with Nitrogen adn CO2 atmosphere which preserve the freshness ot the nose and allow a very low dosage o SO2.
