WINE DESCRIPTION:

“Libatio” - I.G.T. Toscana - is produced following the criteria of guided control of parasites (ex reg CEE. 2078); selected manual gathering of the grapes; fermentation inside open barrels with very frequent pressing for about 12 days. Temperature controlled post-fermentative soaking with daily pressing for about 6 -8 days; ageing in 225 lt. Elegant, rosemary and Mediterranean herbs aroma, nice fullness in the mouth with polished tannins
